As part of an initial environmental process, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation invites the public to a presentation about preliminary plans for high-speed rail. Transportation officials, joined by community planning organizations and city officials will present details of changes planned between Tulsa, Oklahoma City and the Texas state line. The Oklahoma City meeting is 6 p.m. Sept. 14 at Metro Technology Centers BCC/Auditorium, 1900 N. Springlake Drive.
