This is a support program, based on life coaching, for people re-entering society from prison or jail and their families and friends. Returning to “real” life after a time in prison or
jail can be a big challenge for even a person who is well-adjusted, mature and well-trained. This program is designed to help ease that transition and teach some skills that may help keep someone from returning to incarceration. It is also intended to provide emotional support in what is almost certainly an extremely stressful time. It will be held on Thursdays, 6:30pm at the Food and Shelter, 104 W Comanche St, Norman, in the dining room, enter by the north door.
