The Norman Public Library Central is beginning Wellness Wednesdays in 2020. Join us every Wednesday morning at 9 am for a free program for adults to promote wellness. We begin the year with Yoga taught by Martha Constant. It is a beginning gentle yoga class that all adults will enjoy regardless of fitness level. Gentle yoga classes will be available to adults every Wednesday morning in January. Beginning January 8th at 9:00 a.m. in the beautiful new meeting room on the 3rd floor. Enjoy panoramic views while improving your health and fitness. No prior Yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes. Mats are not provided, please bring your own mat. If you don’t have a mat, bring a beach towel or blanket. Adults only please.
