No previous yoga experience needed, just an open mind and a love of beer. Strike a pose, take a sip, strike pose, take a... you get the idea. This is sure to be a fun, delicious hour of movement hosted by 405 YOGA and our friends at Equity Brewing Co in Norman, OK. Your ticket includes a 60min yoga class with the amazing Kelly Parker, a 12oz pour of one of Equity's finest brews, and a yummy treat after, like cinnamon rolls or flatbread (you can always send us or Equity a message to see what is on the menu).
No sunscreen needed! Equity has a beautiful open air sun room to flow in while keeping you out of the harsher elements. Wear clothes to move in (and sweat a little) and don't forget to bring your mat!
