Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders emerged from last night’s Democratic primary in New Hampshire victorious, followed closely by rival Pete Buttigieg.
Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar surprised political analysts by finishing third in the contest. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
Now, candidates are turning their attention to primaries taking place in other states, such as South Carolina and Nevada. Those contests are expected to look very different given the demographics of their respective states compared to those of Iowa and New Hampshire.
What can we take away from the New Hampshire primary? How will South Carolina be different?
