Not My Job: Fashion Guru Simon Doonan Gets Quizzed On Microsoft Windows

Designer Simon Doonan adds the last piece of the puzzle after a complete redesign of the store front of Dickson's Farm Stand Meats in New York's Chelsea Market, on Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, as the owners prepare for Small Business Saturday.

Unlike a lot of people, Simon Doonan does windows. He first rose to fame designing the famous display windows at the Barneys clothing boutique in New York, and has gone on to be their Creative Ambassador at large. He's written many books about his life in fashion — including his latest, The Asylum: A collage of couture reminiscences ... and hysteria.

We've invited Doonan to play a game called "Fatal system error. Please reboot." Since Doonan got his start designing beautiful, strange and useful windows, we'll ask him about about clumsy, awful and annoying windows — namely, Microsoft Windows.
