Buffalo, Oklahoma presents its annual 'Celebration in the Park.' Allowing residents of Buffalo to come together as a community, as well as attracting visitors from all over the country, the July 4 celebration is a highly coordinated event with a fabulous carnival atmosphere.

Starting early and continuing until after dark, the Celebration in the Park provides entertainment throughout the day for everyone’s enjoyment. A carnival, a whole range of activities for children, as well as the annual open-entry softball tournament, are just some of the events that take place. Combine these with a little musical accompaniment and a free Hamburger and Hot Dog feed, and you have the ingredients for a truly memorable day!

The grand finale to the Celebration in the Park is a wondrous Fireworks display that has people of all ages watching in awe.
