Community Book Conversation: Pilgrim at Tinker Creek

Community Book Conversation: Pilgrim at Tinker Creek

Hello,

We're excited to invite you to a Community Book Conversation hosted by the Jeanne Hoffman Smith Center for Film & Literature this spring.

This February gathering will feature Dr. Mark Davies (OCU) guiding a discussion of Annie Dillard's Pilgrim at Tinker Creek--a reflective, place-based work that pairs beautifully with our upcoming Let's Talk About It program later this semester.

Community Book Conversation (CBC) Event Details:
Tuesday, February 17th
6:00-7:30pm
Walker Center 151
Led by Dr. Mark Davies

About the format:
Community Book Conversations are Center-sponsored discussions designed to sustain reading and conversation between Let's Talk About It sessions. While this event is not Oklahoma Humanities-sponsored, it is open to the same community of readers and explores related themes.

Access to the book:
The Center has 15 copies of Pilgrim at Tinker Creek available for participants to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.

Copies may also be available through your public library or your preferred bookseller. To reserve a Center copy or ask about access, email us at filmlit@okcu.edu.

Come join us for this thoughtful, welcoming conversation. We can't wait to see you there!
