Oklahoma Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax says there have been no problems reported as Democrats and Republicans go to the polls for primary elections.
Ziriax said Tuesday afternoon that the election appears to be running smoothly.
Ziriax says he has no reports on the projected turnout, but noted that during the gubernatorial primary four years ago that a total of about 512,000 voters cast ballots. That number included about 263,000 Democrats and about 249,000 Republicans.
