Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin, who is in an increasingly tight race for re-election, is partnering with other popular Republican politicians as she hits the campaign trail ahead of the November election.

One current poll shows Fallin holds a single-digit lead over State Rep. Joe Dorman of Rush Springs, the Democratic nominee for governor. Fallin defeated Democratic Lt. Gov. JariAskins by 20 points four years ago to become governor.

On Tuesday, Fallin was joined by Republicans Sen. Jim Inhofe and Congressman and U.S. Senate candidate James Lankford at a rally on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma. The three, who called themselves the "dream team," were also expected in Tulsa for another rally.

The rallies are being called "Victory Tours."
