Giving Tuesday Launches 2021 Year-end Fundraiser

This is the Manager’s Minute.

The Tuesday after Thanksgiving was established in 2012 to highlight, and encourage, acts of generosity. That global movement - Giving Tuesday - also kicks off KGOU’s end of year giving campaign.

Our friends at Home Creations will give $20 to KGOU and $20 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma for every donation to KGOU - up to 500 givers - which translates to 40-thousand meals for children, seniors and low-income families across central, western and southern Oklahoma during the holiday season, and beyond.

This is a powerful way to support two non-profit organizations that impact communities across our state – KGOU and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma – thanks to Home Creations and you.

Give at kgou.org. Thanks.

With the Manager’s Minute, I’m Dick Pryor.
