This is the Manager’s Minute.

As the holidays speed toward us, we hope everyone can slow down and pause a little to enjoy the season - a time for celebration and reflection, giving and receiving, and helping others.

KGOU’s end of year giving campaign to help feed needy Oklahomans will continue through the end of December.

Our friends at Home Creations will give $20 to KGOU and $20 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma for every donation to KGOU - up to 500 gifts. That will provide 40-thousand meals for children, seniors and low-income families across central, western and southern Oklahoma during this holiday season.

We’re over a quarter of the way to our goal, and we hope you’ll help us get there by supporting two non-profits that impact communities across our state – the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and KGOU.

Give at KGOU.org. Thanks.

With the Manager’s Minute, I’m Dick Pryor.
