As the result of the NPR 100 series last year, producer Elizabeth Blair got a package of information from a listener alerting her to unclaimed checks and other property for musicians and others being held by the California Comptroller's office. She reports on what's in the $2.8 billion fund and what efforts, if any, are being made to let people know about it.
