Frank speaks with NPR's Barbara Bradley about the investigations by Congress and a federal prosecutor in New York into the pardon of Marc Rich by former President Clinton. Rich was charged with tax evasion, to the tune of 48 million dollars. He fled the country, and has been a fugitive ever since. Clinton defends his actions in a piece in today's New York Times.
