Joe Picorale of Be Love Yoga in Tulsa is coming to OKC to share his love and knowledge of Acro Yoga!
In this playful Acro yoga workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of flying and basing in a fun and safe environment or build on them if you already have the basics down. It's a great opportunity to learn a fun twist on communicating and moving.
Come with a partner or get paired with new friends during the workshop!
No yoga or acro yoga experience is needed.
2 hours of play and instruction. All levels welcome!
