Complimentary yoga sessions are held at the Myriad Botanical Gardens every Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. Led by YMCA instructors, these classes are open to all levels and occur on the Devon Lawn, weather permitting. Participants should bring their own mat and water. Presented by Fowler Automotive and sponsored by TSET and BancFirst, the program offers schedule updates through Yogi-mail alerts.

Couple’s Intensive Weekend: This is a therapeutic and coaching weekend for couples that want to do the hard work all in one weekend. It combines therapy and coaching for bonding, healing, improving communication and intimate connection. This weekend can also be used for exploring sexuality, opening up the relationship, developing contracts for ethical non-monogamy, or other variations.

Children ages 4-18 are invited to enjoy an afterschool snack/meal from 3:30-5:00 pm at Ralph Ellison Library.
Also known as Kids Cafe with the Regional Bank of Oklahoma. Through the Kids Café Program, the Regional Food Bank provides meals and snacks at after-school sites where children also receive mentoring, tutoring, and a variety of other activities.
All meals and snacks are prepared and packaged in Hope’s Kitchen, the Regional Food Bank’s production kitchen. Kids Café is operated as a partnership with the Oklahoma State Department of Education Child Nutrition and the US Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program At-Risk After-School Program.

Priced Per Person This is an introduction to the fundamentals of exploring in the bedroom, including the topics of consent and negotiation, asking for what you want, safety, types of play, using household items to spice up your bedroom, and more. Participants will gain the knowledge to pursue their after-hours explorations and experiences more confidently.
