The Oklahoma State Medical Association (OSMA) Foundation is hosting its inaugural Ante Up fundraiser at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, at the Oklahoma State Medical Association. All proceeds from the casino night event benefit the OSMA Foundation and the Physician Wellness Program, which provides support for the mental and emotional well-being of Oklahoma physicians.
This event promises an evening full of entertainment, including classic casino games, delicious bites and an open bar. Tickets are $100 per person, with proceeds supporting the Physician Wellness Program.
The Physician Wellness Program offers Oklahoma M.D. and D.O. physicians up to eight, confidential one-hour counseling sessions with a licensed psychologist within the program’s network. The Physician Wellness Program is a joint effort from the Oklahoma State Medical Association, the OSMA Rural Physician Section, the Oklahoma County Medical Society and the Tulsa County Medical Society. Financial support for the program is provided by the OSMA Foundation.

The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History will begin the Spring 2026 Docent Training class on Saturday, February 21 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. During the three-month program, participants will obtain in-depth knowledge of the museum exhibits, learn helpful techniques for communicating with visitors, and shadow experienced docents to learn all the skills necessary to become a public-facing gallery volunteer. Applications are accepted through the Volunteer Page on the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History website. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
