Edmond Back to School Resource Fair
Edmond Back to School Resource Fair
The Back-to-School Resource Fair, hosted in partnership with Project 66 and the City of Edmond, will take place on Saturday, August 2, from 9 to 11 AM. Families can expect a fun and supportive event featuring 1,000 free backpacks filled with school supplies, distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Kids will enjoy games, a firetruck, and the Edmond Police Department SWAT Team Van, while free donuts, PBJ sandwiches, and chips will be available. The first 300 students in attendance will also receive a voucher for a free haircut at a metro-area Sports Clips. Parents will have the opportunity to connect with more than 20 local agencies offering resources related to food, education, fitness, and mental health. Students must be present to receive a backpack. While service animals are welcome, pets are not allowed at the event.
