The final installment of our new Grow Your Own Food! series will focus on preserving the produce you worked so hard to grow during the spring and summer! Donna Stangl-Jung, OSU Extension Family and Consumer Sciences/4-H Educator, will give an overview of different food preservation methods, including freezing, canning, pickling, and making jam. The event will include time for Q&A and a demonstration, so bring all your food preservation questions and join us at the Mollie Spencer Farm!
