Join the fun as we take a walk with Principal Urban Forester Leigh Martin to learn more about local trees, which host many of our pollinators. We will log our findings in the Bickham-Rudkin Park Virtual BioBlitz, which is part of the nationwide Parks for Pollinators campaign in September.

This free, family-friendly, annual event is the perfect opportunity to learn about cactus and succulents, see unusual and impressive plants from the personal collections of club members and to pick up a few new plants to add to your collection. Grower-vendors will be on hand to answer questions and give care tips and there will be educational talks throughout the day. Kids can pot up a free plant in a pot of their choosing and door prizes will be given throughout the day.

Come celebrate the journey of the monarch butterflies at our 5th Annual Monarch Festival on Saturday, September 26th!
Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for monarch-themed crafts, seed ball-making, face painting, and other fun activities that explore the monarch migration. The event will also feature discussions with local experts to answer all your monarch and gardening questions. Bring the whole family for a morning at the farm, celebrating these amazing creatures!
