Bring the kids out for a day of fishing fun at the annual Kid's Fishing Derby at Arcadia Lake. Open to ages five through 15, kids are invited to bring their fishing rods, equipment and bait to try their luck at catching the biggest fish. Don't forget to bring a lawn chair, sunscreen and sunglasses. The fishing contest starts at 8am, and the final weigh-in is at 11am. Prizes will be awarded in various categories at noon. Concessions and worms will be for sale at the event site.
Complimentary yoga sessions are held at the Myriad Botanical Gardens every Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. Led by YMCA instructors, these classes are open to all levels and occur on the Devon Lawn, weather permitting. Visit Riversport OKC this June for an evening of delicious food and live music at Bluegrass, BBQ & Brews. The festival will feature live bluegrass music from Oklahoma band The Bottom of the Barrel paired with barbecue, beer and summer activities at Riversport including tubing and surfing.

Join OKC Parks for their first-ever community soccer clinic, open to participants ages 5 to 18. Held on Saturday, June 13 and June 27, this high-quality program removes barriers to play by offering an international-themed teamwork challenge where players are grouped by age and ability. Participants can rotate through world-class skill stations, including Brazil’s “Ginga” dribbling, Argentina’s “La Pausa” passing, Mexico’s “Golazo” shooting, and the USA’s “Full Press” agility drills. It is a unique opportunity to develop your game, improve your physical health, and connect with the global soccer community at no cost.

Norman-based rapper S. Reidy will perform at Lion’s Park on Sunday, June 14 at 7:30 p.m. as part of the Summer Breeze concert series.
Summer Breeze continues every other Sunday at 7:30 p.m. through August 23. Food and drinks will be available from Lazy Circles Brewing, Native Spirits Winery, Dogs on the Wing, and Beanstalk Coffee & Sno. Guests are encouraged to bring picnic blankets.
