Ingrid Delgado, National Director of Public Policy and Advocacy for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA, Washington, D.C., will lead a conversation on how to advocate at every level for people living in poverty. St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay ministry with more than 4,500 conferences nationwide and three conferences located in Norman who help members of the local community with emergency utility and rent assistance, homelessness prevention and disaster recovery, The event is open to the public and free of charge.
