Paycom Center Presents: The Avett Brothers
The Avett Brothers are returning to Oklahoma City, this time with special guest Dawes!
The Avett Brothers are three-time GRAMMY Award nominees who gained mainstream attention with their 2009 major label debut "I and Love and You." Their follow-up albums "The Carpenter," and "Magpie and The Dandelion" both debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200. The 2017 documentary "May It Last," co-directed by Judd Apatow, tells the making of their 2016 album "True Sadness," which topped multiple Billboard charts and earned two Grammy nominations. In 2019, they released "Closer Than Together," featuring the #1 Americana single “High Steppin’.” Their album, "The Third Gleam" followed during the COVID-19 pandemic, debuting at #1 on Billboard’s Americana/Folk, Rock, and Vinyl charts. This year, they released a self-titled album and are currently on a U.S. tour, with their music set to debut on Broadway in "Swept Away."
