Dec 07 Sunday
Adapted by Janet Allard & Michael Bigelow DixonDirected by Seth Gordon
Ebenezer Scrooge, a penny-pinching curmudgeon, who cares nothing at all for those around him, is transformed into an upright, caring citizen when forced to compare his greed with the generosity and kindness of others. But will Scrooge gain redemption in time to appreciate the comradery and joy of his newly revealed community? This adaptation implies that within each of us exists the possibility of Scrooge-like thought and actions but with the potential to correct one's ways by doing good for the benefit of all.
