Norman City Council rejects ACCESS Oklahoma resolution, postpones moratorium for large projects
Norman City Council motioned to reject the Oklahoma Turnpike’s ACCESS Oklahoma Project that would allow the OTA to construct turnpike facilities through “critical areas” of Norman, including the Lake Thunderbird watershed, the Canadian River Corridor and the city’s flood hazard areas.
