How Curious To Return This Fall

Katelyn Howard

This is the Manager’s Minute.

How Curious has been a locally produced feature popular with KGOU listeners for the last three years. How Curious explores legends, rumors, tall tales and curiosities of this place we call home. Stories like: Whether Wiley Post was a convicted felon. Or, what happened to all the horny toads? And, whether television’s Mr. Ed, the talking horse, is buried in Oklahoma.

Original episodes of How Curious and the How Curious podcast haven’t been produced during the pandemic, but the segment is coming back this fall, with a new host. She’s Katelyn Howard, who’s been general assignment news reporter for KGOU for the last year and a half.

With Katelyn on-board as How Curious reporter/producer we’ve started planning for a new season of distinctive, memorable stories. If you have a story you’d like Katelyn to look into, email your idea to curious@kgou.org.

With the Manager’s Minute, I’m Dick Pryor.
