Norman Native Plant Festival

Norman Native Plant Festival

Join us for the First Annual Norman Native Plant Festival - Celebrating Local Growers, Pollinators, and Gardens!

Lovers of butterflies, bees, and gardens unite to raise beneficial and beautiful gardens from 10am-4pm Sat. April 13th in East Downtown Norman at STASH, 412 E. Main St. Admission to this family-friendly event is free and includes offerings from local fresh food trucks and live music from local bluegrass and reggae bands.

The Norman Native Plant Festival's first annual event will showcase six local growers who are part of the Oklahoma Native Plant Network (ONPN). These knowledgeable growers will offer a wide variety of hearty plants that are indigenous to central Oklahoma.

Visitors can also check out educational booths from related non-profit organizations such as the Oklahoma Native Plant Society, Okies for Monarchs, Wild Care, and others who are invested in the native plant community.

In addition, six local nurseries that specialize in native Oklahoma plants will be selling their products in the festival. So, it's an excellent opportunity for plant enthusiasts to get their hands on some unique and high-quality plants while learning more about the native plant community.
