Make your way to the Pottawatomie County Fair in Shawnee for an array of activities perfect for children and the whole family. Come to this annual fair for open class competitions, arts and crafts, commercial vendor and educational booths, delicious fair food, midway games and evening carnival rides. Daily livestock shows and exhibitions will include poultry, goats, cattle, rabbits, sheep and more. Visitors to the Pottawatomie County Fair will also enjoy a children's petting zoo, old-fashioned games, live music performed by local musicians and the fair's popular horse show. Don't miss the fair's farmhand olympics, as well as an antique tractor display, garden tractor pull and demonstrations. The Pottawatomie County Fair will also treat visitors to barrel racing and team roping events.

Come out for a day of family fun at Harrah Day. This festival kicks off at 9:30am with an exciting parades beginning and ending at Heritage Park. Visit the car show to see beautifully restored classic makes and models as well as modern vehicles. All ages can enter the hot dog eating contest, while other events include a tractor pull, fishing derby, 5K walk/run and health fair. Browse vendor booths for unique items and enjoy live entertainment throughout the day. Food vendors will be on hand offering delectable selections.
The event draws to a close with a fabulous fireworks display at 9:30pm. After the fireworks, the park's amphitheater will be the venue for headlining performers. Relax and enjoy the music in the amphitheater seating or bring your lawn chair to listen from anywhere in the park.
Join Oklahoma Contemporary and the Oklahoma Comic Arts Foundation to celebrate the magic of comics! Meet professional comics creators from across the state and across the country, and learn how to create your own comics through hands-on workshops and programs led by local creative professionals. Visit the vendor hall to to discover (and buy!) comics, graphic novels, prints, posters, original art, and more! This event is free and open to the public.

Join the city of Piedmont in the celebration of its founding in 1903. Festivities at Piedmont Founders' Day begin with a 5K run that is followed by a parade. Other festivities include a variety of food and craft booths, a talent show, pony rides, an art show, pie and quilt raffle and more. Enjoy inside and outside activities or come for the delicious cinnamon rolls, homemade desserts, barbecue, hot dogs and Indian tacos. There will also be a children's area filled with wall climbing, inflatables and face painting.
