A former Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy who was charged with sexual battery and other counts in September has been arrested on an additional count of sexual battery.

Online court records show 26-year-old Gerald Nuckolls was charged Tuesday with sexual battery. Nuckolls was initially arrested and charged with sexual battery, indecent exposure and outraging public decency. He resigned as a deputy shortly after his arrest and has pleaded not guilty to the original charges.

He was being held in the Tulsa jail Tuesday afternoon on the latest charge. His attorney declined comment.

Prosecutors in September said Nuckolls sexually assaulted two women while on duty and authorities had urged any other victims to come forward.
