The Norman-based Storm Prediction Center says tornadoes are possible, along with widespread large hail, some of which could be up to three inches in diameter. Isolated damaging straight-line wind gusts of up to 70 miles-per-hour are possible as well.
A dryline over far western Oklahoma will slowly move east through the afternoon and evening. Storms could start to form in western Oklahoma before 6 p.m., and potentially arrive in the Oklahoma City metro between 6 and 9 p.m.
