“The Ghosts of Gatsby,” by Evan Mack and Joshua McGuire, centers on Zelda Fitzgerald as she navigates her life and relationship with writer F. Scott Fitzgerald. With a modern score and compelling narrative, this opera offers an intimate look at the iconic literary couple.
“The Old Maid and the Thief,” a darkly comedic opera by Gian Carlo Menotti, takes the audience into a seemingly quiet small town turned upside down by the arrival of a mysterious drifter. Filled with colorful characters, clever dialogue and humorous music, this opera is a fast-paced tale of mischief, desire and unexpected consequences.
