The Total Wellness Program is a free 8-week healthy lifestyle and weight-loss class offered by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. Classes are available at multiple community locations across Oklahoma County, as well as online, making participation accessible for adults with busy schedules.
This program is designed to help participants lose weight safely, build healthier habits, and prevent or manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

This February gathering will feature Dr. Mark Davies (OCU) guiding a discussion of Annie Dillard's Pilgrim at Tinker Creek--a reflective, place-based work that pairs beautifully with our upcoming Let's Talk About It program later this semester.

Access to the book:The Center has 15 copies of Pilgrim at Tinker Creek available for participants to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.
