Complimentary yoga sessions are held at the Myriad Botanical Gardens every Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. Led by YMCA instructors, these classes are open to all levels and occur on the Devon Lawn, weather permitting. Participants should bring their own mat and water. Presented by Fowler Automotive and sponsored by TSET and BancFirst, the program offers schedule updates through Yogi-mail alerts.

One of our very favorite themes is a non-theme: Anything Goes! This is the OKC StorySLAM where you can tell any old random story you want! Just make sure it's true, under 7 minutes, and told without notes. Founded in 2005, the OKC StorySLAM is a regular community open-mic storytelling event that’s open to all 21+ folks. Stories must be 7 minutes or less, and told without notes.The audience will vote for their favorite stories of the night, and winners will be awarded amazing handmade trophies, sponsor gifts, and lots of praiseNo fee to attend.
