The Total Wellness Program is a free 8-week healthy lifestyle and weight-loss class offered by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. Classes are available at multiple community locations across Oklahoma County, as well as online, making participation accessible for adults with busy schedules.
This program is designed to help participants lose weight safely, build healthier habits, and prevent or manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
