Aliens, skin walkers, humanoids, and other mythological creatures...maybe you've seen em? With spooky season upon us, we invite y'all to gather around and share stories about your creature encounters. Join us at Rodeo Cinema in Stockyards City for an evening of stories about all creatures, great and small, creepy and cuddly.
The OKC StorySLAM is an open-mic storytelling event. Participants are invited to tell a story in seven minutes or less, relating to the theme for each event. Stories must be true (or as best remembered by the storyteller) and told without the use of notes. All participating storytellers can sign up to tell their story at the beginning of the evening. Prizes will be awarded to the best stories. This OKC StorySLAM is part of our 2025 tour of slams around OKC, celebrating 20 years of the OKC StorySLAM!
