Oklahoma Commissioner of Health, Dr. Lance Frye, resigned Friday afternoon, just a day after Governor Kevin Stitt lambasted the agency upon learning it had agreed to issue a birth certificate designating the applicant's gender as non-binary, rather than male or female.
