Held during the El Reno Burger Festival, this busy Kids Market places young entrepreneurs in a prime, high-traffic location filled with energy and opportunity. The constant flow of customers helps kids build confidence as they practice communication, handle money, and proudly share their products.

Over 160 artists exhibit and sell their works of art at the Downtown Edmond Arts Festival each year. Come to this event in the heart of charming downtown Edmond and browse through booths filled with paintings, sculpture, jewelry, pottery and more. This free event also features delicious festival food, fun activities for the kids and live musical entertainment.
Stroll through the historic streets of Edmond making your way through the artist booths, enjoying street entertainers or simply watching as the kids have a blast. Pick your favorite specialty foods such as Indian tacos, barbecue, catfish, corn dogs or cotton candy and find a seat at the tables near the music stage where you can enjoy your meal to the sounds of live entertainment.
The Downtown Edmond Arts Festival features dozens of individual artists' booths that stretch for several city blocks. Renowned Oklahoma artists as well as regional artists attend each year and bring many of their works. This is a juried show, and first, second and third place will receive cash prizes.

Burger Day in Historic Downtown El Reno celebrates the city’s culinary heritage and its connection to Route 66. The festival's centerpiece is the cooking of the World’s Largest Fried Onion Burger—a record-setting 850-pound creation that is shared with attendees. The event also features a classic car show, live entertainment, and local vendors, offering a community-focused environment centered on local traditions and the history of the Mother Road.

The 54th Annual McAlester Italian Festival is a 2 Day event!! Friday May 8, 2025 11AM-11PM (Indoor Vendor hours are 11am-9pm) and Saturday May 9, 2025 10AM-7PM!!
There will be over 150 indoor and outdoor vendors, Italian food, LIVE music, carnival rides and much more over 2 DAYS!!

For this event, the artists set up booths featuring examples of woodcarving and other wood art.

Wood carving and burning demonstrations will be carried out on Saturday.

We expect good participation in the Whittling Contest.

The public will be able to see the different styles to gain an appreciation for this type of art, which is disappearing from the American scene.

Instruction will be provided in soap carving classes for children - a medium chosen to reduce the danger since wooden knives were used along with bars of soap
