The Canadian County Free Fair, an annual tradition in El Reno since 1914, features a carnival filled with high-flying amusement rides, live entertainment on multiple stages and enough tasty fair food to satisfy any appetite. Bring the kids and take them on a trip through the fair's midway for a variety of games and prizes, and then head to the show arena for this year's batch of livestock and horse shows. The Education Building on the Canadian County Fairgrounds will feature 4-H entries, arts and craft exhibits, photography and fine art, as well as displays on local crops and flower arranging.

On Thursday, August 20, Fiddler and Clarksville Creative Sound Country Music Recording Artist Mackynsie McKedy will entertain the crowd on the steps of the A. J. Seay Mansion.
The Summer Sounds concerts series brings a rhythm to summer evenings as live music fills the open air at Horizon Hill, the storied home of territorial governor A. J. Seay. It is the perfect time to gather together and indulge in dinner or a sweet treat from a featured food truck starting at 6 p.m. Spread out your favorite blanket, sink into a comfy lawn chair, and let the melodies wash over you from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The family-friendly event is free! Established in 1907, the Hydro Free Fair is the oldest free fair in Oklahoma. Located in Hydro, OK the Hydro Free Fair is open to any and all who want to attend.
