This winter, go wild and fill your holiday season with the magic of light. OKC Zoo's Safari Lights features a light display showcasing wildlife-themed light sculptures viewable on a driving tour through the zoo. Feel the holiday cheer with animated light displays, festive treats, kids activities and photo opportunities. In addition to the drive-thru experience, Safari Lights includes a separate walking experience with interactive light exhibits, musical light performances and lots of other winter magic. Please note that online reservations are required.

The most magical holiday experience is back! Coca-Cola's Classic Christmas brings its new Alpine Adventure theme to Remington Park (1 Remington Place) from November 21 – December 28, 2025.

Discover 90,000 square feet of immersive holiday magic featuring millions of sparkling lights in breathtaking displays and enchanting winter scenes. Experience alpine ice skating on real outdoor ice under twinkling lights, then brave the bigger, better Slip N Slide Summit with real ice construction—tackle the Black Diamond lanes for maximum thrills or enjoy gentler beginner runs perfect for families.

Live entertainment fills the mountain air with holiday programming including festive bands, carolers, Christmas karaoke, and spirited ugly sweater contests. Experience one of Oklahoma’s brightest holiday traditions as Yukon’s annual Christmas in the Park lights up City Park, Chisholm Trail Park, and Freedom Trail Park, with more than 500 displays and millions of twinkling lights. Every night from November 22 through December 31, visitors can enjoy the magic by car with the drive-through route, stroll the illuminated trails on foot, or hop aboard the Santa Express Train for a festive ride through the parks.

Drive through a winter wonderland at Lights on the Lake, held at the East Recreation area of Lake McMurtry. During the first three weekends of December, visitors see large holiday displays and twinkling lights wrapped around the surrounding trees. The event runs through January 3 and offers a glowing seasonal experience for families and friends to enjoy from the comfort of their vehicle.

The Downs Family Christmas Lights in Norman is one of the most spectacular light displays at a private residence in Oklahoma. Each year since 2007, nearly two months of work have gone into creating a wonderful display with two "mega trees" that are 70 feet tall, ten mini trees and 20-foot long arches, all created out of over 280,000 lights.

Experience the magic of the season at Ardmore’s Festival of Lights in Regional Park. This 1.5-mile drive features over 150 animated displays, making it one of southern Oklahoma’s largest and most dazzling holiday light shows. Enjoy the festive atmosphere from the warmth of your car as you take in the colorful lights and holiday spirit. Admission is free, with donations gratefully accepted.

Celebrate the holiday season by viewing Christmas trees grown and decorated by Oklahoma Native Tribes during the annual Red Earth Treefest from now until the end of the year. Held in the BancFirst Tower in OKC, this nine-week holiday event at the Red Earth Art Center is open during the regular hours of 10 am to 5 pm and feature Christmas trees covered in handmade ornaments showcasing the many Native cultures of Oklahoma.

Take your museum visit to the next level—literally! Starting on June 7, spend your Saturday mornings on the OKCMOA Roof Terrace, a scenic spot to vibe and take in the sights and sounds of downtown Oklahoma City. Enjoy locally sourced pastries and refreshing drinks available for purchase—the perfect prelude to a day of film and fine art.

Access to the Roof Terrace is included with a film ticket purchase or gallery admission. Simply show your purchase confirmation to the Admission desk, then ride up the elevator!
