THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride - OKC 🎫 A magical reproduction of the classic children’s story led by a cast of talented actors on board a real train! Departing Nov 14 - Dec 28, 2025
Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical one-hour trip to meet Santa. Once on board, your car hosts will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket before hot chocolate and delicious Walker’s Shortbread are served by dancing chefs. Passengers then read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.
Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas – a silver sleigh bell. During the trip, characters on each car lead passengers in caroling and onboard entertainment just like in the film! Each guest will take home a keepsake sleigh bell in addition to the wonderful memories made on this magical trip. First Class passengers also receive a collectible THE POLAR EXPRESS™ ceramic mug to take home.

Dancing chefs serve passengers hot chocolate and Walker's Shortbread cookies, enjoy a reading of the classic book by Chris Van Allsburg, and receive the First Gift of Christmas after Santa boards the train to greet families. Performers engage passengers in caroling and fun holiday activities on the heartwarming trip back to the station.
Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.
Registration required; walk-ins accepted if space permits. Library card required for all participants. Provided with support from the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI).

Introduce your little learner to science concepts through doing, discovering, and making! Fur, feathers, scales, and slime! At Creature Features, we explore the textures, traits and adaptations that make animals unique! Through hands-on activities and playful experiments, little learners will discover how animals are grouped and sorted based on these traits, and how their special features help them to survive and thrive!
Registration closes November 11, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $15 (Member parent/child pair) and $20 (Non-Member parent/child pair); $10 for one additional child and $5 for each additional adult in a group. No more than 2 children per adult please.
We all have an inner artist, and some even act upon it. Join us in the beautiful, well-lit Conference Room to work on your project. Find support, ideas, and maybe make some friends as you all work on your projects.
Supplies are not provided, just bring what you are working on and everything you will need. [Registration Required.]

Spiritbox storms into The Criterion on November 19 with their genre-bending blend of metal, hardcore, and ethereal melodies
