Kids will have a blast with bounce houses, games, petting zoos and hands-on activities while parents discover resources, businesses and organizations that help make family life easier and more fun. MetroFamily’s Kids Fest is the perfect mix of entertainment for kids and resources for parents – all under one roof.
Teach your little naturalists the joy and wonder of bird watching! We’ll learn about some of Oklahoma’s native birds then head outside to see what birds call the museum grounds home. Binoculars will be provided for use during the program. This program will involve walking outdoors, so please dress accordingly. In the case of unsuitable weather, we will explore indoors, learning about birds in our collections and galleries.
The 41st Annual Norman Chocolate festival's theme is "Sweet Symphony." Hear live music performed by local student musicians, while enjoying many different vendors. This year's contest will be judged by: - Mayor Stephen Holman- Restaurateur- Sandro Osmani- Chef Joshua Valentine, trained under a James Beard Award–winning chef and alumnus of Top Chef- Senior Sales Representative at Bedré Fine Chocolate- Stephanie Roberts
All proceeds benefit educational scholarships and classroom grants for Norman Public Schools and their PTA units.

The OKC Home + Outdoor Living Show presented by Communication Federal Credit Union will help welcome spring at OKC Fair Park March 27-29.
Chase and Ashley Morrill along with Ryan Eldridge from Magnolia Network’s Maine Cabin Masters will be on the Fresh Ideas Stage to share their show antics and answer your makeover and design questions. The trio will appear live at the show on the Fresh Ideas Stage on Friday at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
Show times are Friday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Adult admission is $11 at the box office or $9 when purchased online before show weekend.

In this engaging program, children are invited to gather for a lively story time, where fascinating tales spark curiosity and set the stage for exploration. Each session dives into a themed topic, connecting stories to science and cultural history with museum objects that let kids see, touch, and discover in our interactive Discovery Room. Best of all, Stories & Specimens is included free with museum admission, making it the perfect way for young learners to enjoy interactive storytelling and hands-on exploration all in one visit!

No Kings OKC is a peaceful community demonstration in downtown Oklahoma City where residents will come together to defend democracy and reject authoritarianism. Join neighbors, grassroots organizations, and advocates as we raise our voices for civil rights and government accountability.
The event will include speakers and the opportunity to connect with local organizations working to support social and civic action. Following the rally, participants will march together through the downtown area.
Bring a sign, bring a friend, and stand with fellow Oklahomans committed to democracy, justice, and collective action. Participants are expected to follow principles of nonviolent, lawful protest and help create a safe, respectful space for everyone.
