Join us for the 28th Annual AIDS Walk OKC on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from noon to 2pm at the Myriad Gardens Bandshell and Great Lawn. Enjoy entertainment, community, awards, and a one-mile walk while helping raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and supporting local organizations providing HIV/AIDS care, services, and education.

This year's theme is Alive to tHrIVe, celebrating how far we've come with testing, treatment, and care. Together, we can Walk to celebrate our accomplishments while remembering where we came from.

Frontier City's annual Fright Fest returns select nights this fall, with many activities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy Macabre Mazes like the Cadaver Castle and Terror of Prosperity, as well as Sinister Scare Zones such as Clown Town and the Silent Night Slaughterhouse. Don't forget to check out Undead Entertainment at The Cremation and Deadman's Party!
No-boo necklaces are available for those who do not wish to be scared by actors.

Come select the perfect pumpkins to decorate your home at the Pumpkin Patch in Stillwater. Over 3,600 pumpkins will be for sale over the course of this seasonal attraction. There will also be special events each weekend including live music, children's carnival, bake sale, pancake breakfast, carriage rides, and trick-or-treat at the pumpkin patch.

Cornerstone Kids' Ranch will have a pumpkin patch open from September 29th to October 31st. Every weekend, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities like carnival games, pony rides, a corn maze, duck races before choosing their perfect Jack-o-Lantern pumpkin from the farm.

Celebrate the most popular German heritage event of the year with the Red Coyote Runtoberfest 5K in Oklahoma City this October. Participants will start at Fassler Hall and make their way through the course that winds through Heritage Hills. The party will continue after the race with beer from COOP Aleworks as well as giveaways and live music. Register now and get ready to run at the Red Coyote Runtoberfest 5K.

The Wicked Forest of Terror offers several Halloween experiences this fall. The Adult Haunt is a scare attraction recommended for ages 13 and up.

For younger children, Tiny Terror is a family-friendly, non-horror walkthrough with no actors, taking place October 17 and 24.

Blackout Night takes place November 1, challenging guests to make their way through the forest in complete darkness with only a lantern to guide them.

Science Museum Oklahoma presents Spin! The Art of the Modern Zoetrope, now on display in the museum’s smART Space galleries through August 2027. The exhibition features works by eight artists who reimagine the 19th-century zoetrope, an early animation device that creates the illusion of motion through rapidly sequenced images. Interactive exhibits explore motion, perception, vision persistence and animation, and are included with museum admission.
