Deep within the underworld, two friends, a boy and a dodo, are digging for fresh bones to replace their ancient, skeletal forms which are quickly deteriorating. One day, something miraculous happens. The dodo sprouts new feathers. Soon, a steady transformation begins to unravel the natural order. The great reversal has begun.
But what will happen to the two friends?
Dead as a Dodo is a family-friendly, puppet musical odyssey utilizing humor and magical visual effects to explore some of humanity’s most basic fears and our quest for immortality.

A group of middle-aged buddies reunite for a "guys' weekend" in a snowed-in cabin to eat chili, drink beer, and relive the good old days. Despite divorce, unemployment, and a stroke, spirits are high until Jessie, the wife of absent friend Adrian, shows up in his place. This cult classic blends horror, comedy, and rock-infused musical chaos as five college students head to a secluded cabin and accidentally unleash an ancient evil. Packed with chainsaws, demons, and outrageous laughs, this over-the-top, blood-splattered show has become a Halloween tradition in Guthrie—and one you won’t want to miss.
Celebrate fall at the annual Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd's Cross. Enjoy a peaceful day filled with family-friendly fun at an authentic working sheep farm in Claremore. You'll find more than 60 free activities such as a pumpkin patch, hay maze and game area. You can also pet sweet farm animals like sheep, goats, donkeys and alpacas. Look around the farm for the QR code scavenger hunt and watch short videos about farming and shepherding.
Tractor-pulled wagon rides are available for a fee and loads of pumpkins will be available for purchase. Bundle your fall fun with a Pumpkin Package that includes a pumpkin, wagon ride and a take-home craft. Browse the Farm Store housed within an old Amish barn to shop for handmade decor, gifts and wares from more than 80 vendors. Pick up some local honey, meat, eggs, produce, baked goods, candy and snacks.
