The Total Wellness Program is a free 8-week healthy lifestyle and weight-loss class offered by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. Classes are available at multiple community locations across Oklahoma County, as well as online, making participation accessible for adults with busy schedules.

This program is designed to help participants lose weight safely, build healthier habits, and prevent or manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Take your museum visit to the next level—literally! Starting on June 7, spend your Saturday mornings on the OKCMOA Roof Terrace, a scenic spot to vibe and take in the sights and sounds of downtown Oklahoma City. Enjoy locally sourced pastries and refreshing drinks available for purchase—the perfect prelude to a day of film and fine art.

Access to the Roof Terrace is included with a film ticket purchase or gallery admission. Simply show your purchase confirmation to the Admission desk, then ride up the elevator!

A local small business Holiday Market designed to inspire locally made gift buying for the Holiday season. With around 10 small businesses indoors under one roof we can be a one stop shopping adventure. Featuring Jewelry Makers, 3D Printers, Woodworkers, Candles and Soaps, Tea, Graphic Tshirts, Antiques, Vintage items, Holiday Decor, toys, and more.

The one and only OKC Boat & RV Show is back at the Bennett Event Center, the Centennial, Expo Halls and the Pavilion at the Oklahoma State Fair Park this January. We’re bringing stories to life with Stories & Specimens at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History! In this engaging program, children are invited to gather for a lively story time, where fascinating tales spark curiosity and set the stage for exploration. Each session dives into a themed topic, connecting stories to science and cultural history with museum objects that let kids see, touch, and discover in our interactive Discovery Room. Best of all, Stories & Specimens is included free with museum admission, making it the perfect way for young learners to enjoy interactive storytelling and hands-on exploration all in one visit!

Experience the thrill of 12,000 lb monster trucks in head-to-head competitions at Duncan Monster Truck Wars this January. Watch as world-famous monster trucks battle it out in the dirt arena. The event will also feature kids' power wheel races, where your child can bring their own power wheels and race them around the fairgrounds. Don't leave the show without reserving your spot to ride on a real monster truck.
