The Total Wellness Program is a free 8-week healthy lifestyle and weight-loss class offered by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. Classes are available at multiple community locations across Oklahoma County, as well as online, making participation accessible for adults with busy schedules.
This program is designed to help participants lose weight safely, build healthier habits, and prevent or manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Experience the thrill of 12,000 lb monster trucks in head-to-head competitions at Duncan Monster Truck Wars this January. Watch as world-famous monster trucks battle it out in the dirt arena. The event will also feature kids' power wheel races, where your child can bring their own power wheels and race them around the fairgrounds.
